Bought one of these new and it was junk, junk, junk. Not a commercial grade product. Had them replace it and I got another similarly dysfunctional product. Trying to get them to swap it out under the warranty but this is hard to do as you can’t get them on the phone – over 30 minutes wait times by their voicemail – I’m at 30 minutes and still waiting. Have bought another different GPS to replace this one which is now an expensive blob on the shelf.
*** BEWARE *** If that is the new experience, I would certainly NOT buy a refurb. I wouldn’t buy a new one either.
